Released on December 18, 2002 it is the sixth of the rpg tskuru series for windows. While released as a separate maker it is an updated version of RPG Maker 2000 with a new default battle system loosely based on the one used in ASCII's RPG Maker 4 for Sony Playstation. This maker was released during a period when ASCII were harassing main translators which led them to retirement, due to that fact there are over 5 different translations of this Maker.
